The location was fantastic, right on the promenade with a nice view of Balchik marina. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the lobby bar was nice. The hotel's restaurant, 'Francis Drake,' offered a 10% discount for guests.

Couldn't stay longer.

Very clean rooms, including hairbrush. Great bathroom and terrace. Excellent Wi-Fi and A/C. Breakfast with variety, but room for improvement. Safe parking. Convenient location with view of marina. Nicely decorated rooms. Lobby bar is nice. Good restaurant with discount. Spacious rooms, powerful AC. Baby-friendly hotel with big bed and clean rooms. Helpful staff.

Location: the hotel was short walk to shops, restaurants, sea shore, the seaside next to the marina, and Varna at 3 am. I had coffee at Buffet Supreme, located within 5 minutes walk. A good choice of food items served for great value breakfast.

We spent Christmas at a hotel by the sea with stunning views. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the availability of free parking. the hotel location was perfect, close to many attractions. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning system did not work properly, and we were disappointed with the quality of the meal we had at the restaurant. the noise from the bar and restaurants next door could be heard, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
